Conditions 2013
The Participants must be aged between 10 and 20 years, cut-off date for the detection of the proper category is November 23rd 2013.
The contestants are responsible for approach and accomodation during the competition.
On demand the organizer gladly helps to find private accomodations.
All participants has to be registrated not later than October 15th 2013 with the official registration form.
The registration becomes valid not until the transfer of the participation fee in the amount of 50 Euro per participant.
A refunding of this fee is not possible in any case.
The number of participants is limited to 36. If there are more than 36 registrations, the organizer decides about the accreditation.
The contestants can not appeal against the juries decisions. The jury reserves the awarding of prices.
